Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To begin a return, a return request must first be submitted by selecting Request a Return below. Please include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. You may also include the reason for your return.
Our team will respond with return instructions. Please ship your item(s) within 3 business days of receiving our return instructions. Do not send items back before receiving our instructions.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, staining, fragrance, or removal of original tags may not be accepted for return.
Return shipping or processing fees may apply and, where applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or related fees.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.
Refund Policy
Eligible items may qualify for a refund when the return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery and the item(s) are shipped back within 3 business days of receiving our return instructions. The item(s) do not need to arrive back within the original 14-day request period.
Once a returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return eligibility requirements.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment, less any applicable return fees and non-refundable shipping charges.
Please allow 7–14 business days after your return is approved for the refund to be processed. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider before the funds appear in your account.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for refunds.
